By using The Graphic Edge website or The Graphic Edge Design Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
At The Graphic Edge, your satisfaction is guaranteed. We pride ourselves on producing some of the highest-quality printing and embroidery available. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your custom order for any of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are defective or flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e. the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design you submitted and/or approved. In the event of any such issues, we will work with you to resolve those issues to your satisfaction and will accept returns when necessary.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Delivery dates shown on the website as “Guaranteed Delivery” when you place an order assume that the artwork you are providing requires little or no adjustment or modification by our art department and that your order can be sent to production very quickly. Artwork requiring modification or changes by the art department takes more time and may require your additional approval before it can be printed and may therefore extend delivery dates beyond those originally displayed on the website at the time of ordering. The length of delays due to art approval will depend on how fast you respond to our email requests for approval. In the event of delays due to backordered products, we will contact you and you will have the options of waiting for the backordered items, substituting replacement items, or cancelling your order for a full refund.
If your delivery date is extended for any reason, the correct current delivery date will be displayed on the Order Status page under the “My Account” section of the website. Please check your order status regularly for any changes or delays with your order.
The Graphic Edge is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from factors out of our control. We deliver thousands of orders on-time every year, but if by some chance you don’t get your products on or before the guaranteed delivery date as shown on the order status page, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and contact us for a refund of shipping charges, or if you wish, you may return your order for a full refund.
“Guaranteed Delivery” is not available to all areas, and if not shown explicitly as a “Guaranteed Delivery Date” on the website at the time of your order, then the delivery date shown at the time of order and on your order status page are only an estimated delivery date and may vary greatly due to unforeseen circumstances.
It’s always best and the least expensive to plan ahead and place your order well in advance of your event or needed date. Rush Service is offered as a convenience to our customers needing their items faster than our standard delivery time. The delivery date for Rush Service is only guaranteed if shown as “Guaranteed Rush Delivery” on the website, and is still subject to the conditions explained above under “Guaranteed Delivery Dates”.
We have made the best effort to make colors displayed on our website and in the Design Studio as accurate as possible. However, due to variations in computer monitors, inks, and garments, ink colors and product colors are not guaranteed to match the colors you see on your screen.
If you require specific colors in your artwork, please use the “Make Notes” button in the Design Studio and make a note regarding the correct Pantone colors. PLEASE NOTE: Printing ink on garments is very different from printing or painting on paper or other surfaces. Therefore, there may be slight variations between a given Pantone color on a garment when compared to the same Pantone color on other media. We will make every effort to match requested Pantone colors; however, we do not guarantee a perfect color match when compared to other media.
Electronic Check Payments
As a convenience to our customers, we offer the option to pay by electronic check. Please note that when paying by electronic check, Rush Service will not be available due to delays in processing and verifying electronic check payments. For fastest service, please use a credit or debit card to pay for your order.
All images, designs, clipart, illustrations and any other content available on The Graphic Edge website are copyrights, trademarks, and/or intellectual property of The Graphic Edge and other third parties and may not be used without permission. Images and clipart provided within the Design Studio may be used for the sole purpose of creating designs to be printed or embroidered by The Graphic Edge on garments sold by The Graphic Edge. Any other use is strictly prohibited. Designs created using the Design Studio are in no way the property of customers who assemble such designs. The Graphic Edge retains the right to display such designs or offer them or variations of such designs to other customers.
Use of Third Party Logos and Trademarks
Many companies’, schools’, colleges’, and other organizations’ logos are trademarks and/or copyrights of those organizations. The Graphic Edge reserves the right to reject any order that includes or may include images or logos that are or may be trademarks and/or copyrights of a third party. The Graphic Edge may be able to print logos for some colleges and other schools, but due to royalty considerations, such designs may result in additional charges for your garments. The Graphic Edge may, at its discretion, require written permission from the owner of a trademark or copyright image included in a design. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service department before placing your order.
The Graphic Edge has the sole discretion to reject any order that it deems to be inappropriate for production by The Graphic Edge for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
The Graphic Edge will not be responsible for any losses or delays in transmission of orders due to malfunctions in communications facilities, or arising out of the use of any Internet Access Service Provider or Internet Service, browser software, computer virus, or any other Internet or computer related issue. The Graphic Edge is not responsible if your credit card payment is not processed by your credit card company or any other delays in payment processing.
The information and materials contained in this website, including text, graphics, links or other items, are provided "as is", "as available". The Graphic Edge does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials on the website and expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials. No warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from computer virus, is given in conjunction with the information and materials.
In no event will The Graphic Edge be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if The Graphic Edge, or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold The Graphic Edge and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of The Graphic Edge’s website and the Design Studio, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
